Alignment Generator This project uses the REMINER II author's program "Alignment generator".

- Alignment Generator extracts the raw file of the alignment from the result of REMINER II software (.rem file).
From the raw alignment files, our MATLAB codes parses the result to analyze the informations in various ways.
