Hi Sylvain,

i'm facing an error similar to what someone raised in the past (==>issues with ensemble.thresh #9) and it appears it was not resolved.

I'm facing same issue and i can give you a reproduceable example.

I think i figured the problem out...

  1. your raster layers must be .tif ( this is weird)
  2. you must install the SSDM package from GITHUB, the CRAN version has some bugs
  3. make sure your .csv file is generated by base write.csv function, avoid using any of the tidyverse functions.
  4. make sure you specify the categorical variable
