SymPy Web Static Files

Usage:

  • Add as a submodule under the static directory:

      git submodule add git@github.com:lidavidm/sympy-web-static.git static

  • Work on the website as usual; make changes under the static directory. Remember to commit those changes and push those separately to this repository and test against all websites using this code.

SymPy's Website Design

  • Fonts:

    • Gentium for the header
    • Open Sans for the body font
    • Use the default monospaced font

  • Colors:

    • Body background: #EEEEEE (light grey)
      • Use #FFFFFF (white) for text background
      • Use #000000 (black) for text
    • "SymPy Green": #3B5526 (use for backgrounds)
      • Contrasting color: #81B953 (backgrounds, text)
      • Use #FFFFFF (white) for text with this background
    • "SymPy Red": #552634 (use for buttons)
      • Use #FFFFFF (white) for text with this background
