Support faster WiFly serial baud rates

The default baud rate is 9600 which is pretty slow. I need to figure out a way to detect port speed and allow faster rates like 115200 especially if I want to do #25
One challenge is how to allow re-flashing the Teensy (which clears the EEPROM settings) after the UART speed has been changed in the WiFly.
