Filament change workflow

Noticed filament sensor operations are a smidge buggy with the touchscreen forcing interaction when the sensor triggers and/or M600 is initiated.

Ok, so the runout sensor is working like it should with all the right capabilities enabled.

Here are some notes:

Either via EEPROM settings or a connection script, ensure the runout sensor is enabled and host handling is disabled.

If using OctoPrint, you can optionally enable Host Handling but this will require you to park and execute the filament manually since Marlin will not execute them automatically. This is likely NOT a typical configuration.

Follow the prompts on the LCD or if using a sender that supports runout detection (OctoPrint), answer its host action prompts and swap out the filament as directed.

There's not much else to it. I'll leave this open if people have questions.
