"Application" or "official instance" refers to the Hibiki bot application with the ID

- Do not try to intentionally crash, break, or exploit the application
- If you find a critical, application-breaking bug, you must report it
- Usage must obey all laws in the United States of America (our host is USA-based)
- Data processed by the application must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Bot collection, bot listing servers, or bot listing websites are strictly not allowed to utilize the application
Data Privacy
No personal or identifying information is stored.

The following types of data can be stored on-demand when some features are ran in order for some of our features to work correctly.
- User ID(s): A Discord ID unique to your account
- Server ID(s): A Discord ID unique to your server
- Message ID(s): A message ID corresponding to a message
- Command Response(s): Text responses in slash-commands
When added or removed from your server, the following information will be logged to a private channel that only the application maintainer can view:
- The server's creation date
- The server name, icon, and ID
- The server owner's username, discriminator, and ID
- Total member count at the time of addition/removal
To start a data deletion request, please contact the application maintainer using a link below. In order to process your request, please state why you're contacting, what data you wish to be removed, and your User or Server ID.
