A software which enables interactive interpretation of mapping Raman spectra
- Run main.py file
- Load Matrix data (txt file )
- Load Raman shift data (txt file )
- Set XY grid
- Load image data (resize beforehand)
- Confirm mapping direction if necessary
- Initialize (raise error if any data or grid mismatch)
- Search grid with B1-Motion. Spectrum is automatically updated
- Save current spectrum if nesessary by the button
