This bot has at the moment to uses. First to update all user roles to the next semester and second to provide a message in a specific channel where new users can react to in order to get their new roles.
!setchannel - Adds an entry into the DB or changes it to match the channel the command was written in. Display an embed you can react to
!all - Updates all user roles to one semester further expect they don't have permission to call this or they have the opt out role assigned

./roles/ - holds all files for the role claim message
