Display pdf in VSCode.
This is a fork of the original (vscode-pdf - Visual Studio Marketplace). Fixed a bug in which PDFs containing Japanese and Chinese are not displayed. I've also updated the pdf.js.
- Displayed raw string for a moment before preview.
- Some pdf files opened as binary.
