Prefetcher intentionally dropped frame

I'm a support tech at a facility, our Flame op works on:
HP Z8 Workstation
x86_64 Intel Xeon Gold 6136
Nvidia Quadro P6000
CentOS 7.6

But timewarped clips just won't export. Getting the following error from the Flame shell logs:

Have uninstalled and reinstalled TimewarpML a couple times now to no avail. We get this issue with different clips and across multiple projects. Not sure how to troubleshoot otherwise. Full output from the shell log is below:

Hi, could you please check if Flame is able to export it when done manually in foreground? It looks like something internal to flame that it might not be able to read the source file for whatever reason thank you, Andriy.
