Release 0.2.7

Create release 0.2.7 for all open source components of tangly llc.
The release is scheduled for the end of Q3-2023.
The goal would be to integrate Jakarta 9 (new package names) and Vaadin 24. The Java version is either 19 or 20.

• replace paginated grid with a search/filter grid - use new features of Vaadin Grid
• replace CRUD dialog with FormLayout on page
• add duplicate function
• update to Java 20
• test comments and tags view
• update if feasible to Java 21
• provide an example of a minimal DDD CRUD application with tangly-os approach with documentation
