webpyCMS是基于web.py的网站内容管理系统，小巧实用，非常适合做博客和个人简历网站。

2.run restart.sh(in the code dir)
3.visit http://127.0.0.1:8080/install/ to install
1、下载代码后（下载压缩包后解压），进入代码所在目录下执行restart.sh脚本。
2、访问http://127.0.0.1:8080/install/安装。
