Timex M397 interface clone for connecting ZX Spectrum or Timex TC2048 to the Timex FDD 3/3000 disk station

TI-of-TTL (by Jarek Adamski) works like Timex Interface M-397, used for connecting ZX Spectrum with Timex FDD station part of Timex Disk System. TI-of-TTL done it is without GAL circuits and without dedicated integrated circuits (EFGJ161). By the way, the memory is increased 8 times up to 32kB ROM (EPROM) and 8kB RAM (SRAM).
