The project won't run when upgrading from v1 to v2!

Upstream issue: briansmith/ring#2117 - i assume this is because we made sure that in v2 we use rustls in favor of openssl where possible (ironically enough, to fix compilation issues).
I'd recommend to just install clang for now but if that doesn't work, all tauri crates that use tls/ssl should have feature flags to switch from rustls to openssl, though i'm not sure if that's enough as other crates may use ring too.
