[feat(Android)] Add support for Huawei WebView

Describe the problem
Since US bans, Huawei moved to its own OS which is a modification of AOSP for Western Market and a totally custom one for chinese market.
I'm not sure that when Tauri will release for Android and iOS the builds will be compatible with Huawei phones as it uses Huawei WebView and wanted to ask you guys if you plan to add support for these phones?

It shouldn't be a problem at this point. However, Huawei is about to release HarmonyOS Next, which will use will ArkTS to write apps and may not be compatible with all Android apps.
