You can test the current specification (except the prop keyword) in this experimental tool to generate the AST of the decorators:

It is a draft tool, and its functionality will be gradually enhanced and change when the proposal evolves.

It seems like the site is not reachable. Is the issue only occurring to me?

Umm, it's strange, but we have some 400 and 404 when a browser tries to get /. It doesn't happen every time; let's investigate what's going on.
