Problem with enforcer plugin and assembly plugin

This issue was open : https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MENFORCER-308 and explain the bug when enforcer >= 1.4.1 is using with assembly plugin in the same pom.xml. This raise a NullPointerException in Maven.
