Update workflows to generate a PDF using LaTeX (for Linux, Mac, and Windows) so that an example exists of which packages are required and how to compile. Then, publish the artifact on releases.

#12 compiles the PDF and uploads it to the workflow as an artifact in zip format. Next step is to get the PDF as part of a release. Bonus points to find a permalink to the generated/released PDF file and put that on the README.
