import the settings :
Select Tools -> Import and Export Settings.. from the menu bar .

The Select Import selected environment settings the click Next >
- Either save your current settings or not. I usually select No
- Browse to the folder you have downloaded the settings file too
- Click Finnish
- Enjoy coding in Monokai
