The main objective of this deploy with terraform is the implementation of an Ampere Altra instance. However, it can be easily modified to deploy several instances of different architectures.
By default, it deploys a 1-node cusing ARM machines. Each machine has 1 OCPU and 6 GB of RAM, which means that the cluster fits within Oracle's (pretty generous if you ask me) [free tier][freetier].
- Create an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure account (just follow [this link][createaccount]).
- Have installed or install terraform.
- Have installed or install OCI CLI .
- Configure OCI credentials.
- Download this project and enter its folder.
terraform initterraform apply
That's it!
At the end of the terraform apply,
terraform destroy
