requirements

• DO NOT use active permission. Add a permission for eosio::regproducer and eosio::unregprod.
• Adjust unlock-timeout of keosd config.
• Unlock cleos wallet.
• Python 3.7(for aiogram).
• Recommand to run on venv.

pip install aiogram
