Rename "jooq-testcontainers-codegen-maven-plugin" to "testcontainers-jooq-codegen-maven-plugin"

Considering the following feedback from Lukas Eder, we think it is betteer to rename the plugin name from "jooq-testcontainers-codegen-maven-plugin" to "testcontainers-jooq-codegen-maven-plugin".

I think the name here should be testcontainers-jooq-codegen-maven-plugin. It's similar to Maven's stance on trademarks and naming schemes. An example:
maven-download-plugin/maven-download-plugin#14

That way, it would be more clear that this isn't something officially provided by jOOQ
