Aug 29 fanbox is not passing particle testing

Possible culprits are lifting in the box print and a lack of seal with the bottom plate to the fan assembly

changes to the file and hope it seals better
base plate appears to not be fully engaged on the sides

The new version is passing n95 at the highest fan setting, and n99 at lower settings. Have to do more work to calibrate where that is, maybe add some spacing, but this is good.
