Git Hub user lookup

Description

This webpage let's a user view the list of repo name and created time for inputted GitHub username

clone repository from https://github.com/tfabery/gitHubRepos
create .env file at the top level of the project directory.
put "exports.apiKey = 'your api key';" in .env file.(you can get your own github api by going to your github "personal access tokens" under settings)
run "npm install" and "bower install" on terminal.
run "gulp serve"
