A dwm like suckless statusbar for Windows!
- draw a rectangle and update the window geomteries accordingly
- make it listen to WM_CHANGE_DESKTOP (WM_USER+1 coming from VD manager initiated by sxhkd)
- shell hook the bar to know what the current foreground windows title is
