The code for the TrueSkill calculator is in the "Skills" folder and its unit
tests are in the "UnitTests" folder.

DEPENDENCIES
* Lombok
To build, you must first run lombok.jar with sufficient privileges in order to
initialize it. This can be done from this directory via the command
`java -jar lib/lombok.jar`
* TestNG
Running TestNG through the Eclipse plug-in is recommended. Instructions can
be found on the TestNG site: http://testng.org/doc/download.html
