Scripts used to perform the data analysis for the second chapter of the Image Biomarker Standardisation Initiative concerning convolutional filters. The code directory contains the code used to create tentative reference response maps (filtered images), create the various figures shown on the phase 1 landing page on the study website, and to perform one-to-one comparisons of response maps. The results paper contains code and data used to generate the results presented in the IBSI 2 manuscript.
