Introduction
Join us for a month of coding, learning, and contributing to Chimoney's open-source projects!
Prerequisites
To contribute to the projects/issues, you should have:
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Technical Writing skills (Optional)

Obtaining API Keys
- Sign up for a Chimoney Developer Account: See the Sandbox Access Instruction here. If you don't already have one, you'll need to sign up for a Chimoney developer account sandbox access at sandbox.chimoney.io.
- You can also check out this article on how to obtain API keys here.

Create a New Application: Once logged in, navigate to your developer dashboard and create a new application. This will generate your API key for you.

Start Contributing: With your API keys in place, you're ready to start contributing!
Project Setup
This repo contains a bunch of small projects. Different projects deal with different stacks and frameworks. The code for individual projects is located in separate directories within the submissions folder. You're welcome to contribute to any of these projects. Ready to dive in? Here's how to get started:

Explore the list of available issues in Chimoney community projects. You can also create an issue with a project/suggestion you would like to work on.

Select an issue and ask to be assigned to it. Tag @phyleria @adebayoileri.

Fork the Chimoney community projects repository.

Clone your forked repository to your local machine.
Contribute by Creating New Projects
- You can contribute by developing new projects that implements the Chimoney API.
- After working on the solution, submit it in the submissions folder.
Contribute to the Existing Projects
- Navigate to your chosen project's directory within the submissions folder.
- Follow specific setup instructions for each project based on their stacks. Detailed instructions can be found in each project's directory.
