A simple text editor created using the Win32 API that features creating, opening and saving a text file. It supports UTF-16 only.
You could also use keyboard shortcuts for opening, saving and creating a text file. The shortcuts are:
CTRL+N (For creating a new text file)
CTRL+O (For opening a text file)
CTRL+S (For saving a text file)
