A cue construction feature that leverages the Vimeo embedded player and its API

Features:

  1. Decent looking CSS buttons
  2. Allow user to switch videos
  3. Written with only vanilla javascript, no external libraries/framework
  4. Cue is allowed to be in string or link
  5. Error checking for valid cue text and time
  6. Cue disappears when 5 seconds pass and no new cues are added
