Context:
As a data scientist / data analyst / programme specialist, I want to see a list of all models / results in the catalogue

Acceptance criteria:

  • When the user views the landing page, the user should see 3 featured datasets.
  • For each card, it should show the ff information:
    • Name of the dataset
    • Organization
    • Country/region
    • Year/period
  • When the user clicks on a card, it should navigate to the selected catalogue item detail page.
