Initial install.
Added script miniz_dial_positions.py. Use this program to map a radio frequency on the dial to degrees of a circle Degrees of a circle are used to play Favorites. Usage Stop the zdial service. Run the program, tune to a desired radio frequency on the dial. The degrees of circle for that frequency appears below the center of the dial in white letters. Associate that degree with the favorite you wish to play at that frequency in the "favs:" dictionary of the miniz.py script
