Z も Y です - too/also (Y is about Z) おにぎり も おいしい - onigiri is also delicious
わかりません - i don't understand/know わからない - i don't understand (more casual form)
じゃない(です） - is not X は Y じゃない - X is not Y (add です for more politeness)
ばなな は あか じゃない。- bananas are not red.
よ at end of sentence adds emphasis as in "really!" or "i tell you..."
