pyhrf_viewer
pyhrf_viewer is a Nifti files viewer. It is designed for fMRI data processed by pyhrf
Installation
Installation requires PyQt4 and pyhrf. For PyQt4 installation refers to your distribution guide. For pyhrf refers to the installation documentation website.
Once requirements are satisfied, run:
python setup.py install --user

pyhrf_viewer is released under the CeCILL v2 licence (see LICENCE file for details)
