You can add custom reports to Secret Server if you have Secret Server Enterprise or Enterprise Plus edition.
To add a custom report to your instance of Secret Server, navigate to the Reports page using the REPORTS link in the top menu. At the bottom of this page, there is a link for "Create it." On the next screen, paste the SQL for the custom report into the Report SQL field. Fill in all other relevant fields, then click Preview or Save.
