Possible edit for the docs - MIDI

Having got a bit carried away with Reason, I spent some time scratching. my head over the latency issue between MIDI and the audio output and it wasn't until I searched on the forum that I found the ~midiOut.latency setting.

I went back to the docs and there it was, but marked up as optional so clearly my eyes had skipped that bit!

Could it be worth suggesting that ~midiOut.latency = 0 (or appropriate value) should go in as a default so the new user will already know that they've got a latency setting that they can fiddle with?
