this allows to convert saass enacademic armenian dictionary to available offline dictionary in any free format.
it downloads first page, extracts word and description, and writes them separated by tab to the output file.
then stardict_tabfile can create a dictionary for it. stardict_stardict-repair is necessary because one of the words is too long.
