Textile was created by Dean Cameron Allen of textism.com and creator of FAVRD, a highly popular favorite tweet aggregator/community.
Textile4j was created by Mark Lussier (intabulas) in 2003 as a plugin to the Java blogging platform blojsom.
This repos is the port of Mark's library to a Maven build. It will also serve is the new repository of record for continuing development and fixes to the library.
The repos will also be the release point for syncing to Maven Central by Sonatype's OSSRH forge at oss.sonatype.org.
