This repository contains the MATLAB scripts used for processing the PS-OCT data used in the study titled 'Enhanced Peripheral Nerve Regeneration by Mechano-electrical Stimulation'.
Scripts starting with names 'A1', 'A2', etc., are the main scripts which are to be run sequentially.
The other scripts contain different functions which are used inside the main scripts.
The MATLAB version used in the study is R2022b.
