Always correct ROIs so that voxels outside the brain are discarded

This still sounds like a useful idea but it would require a sufficiently accurate brain mask generation method. Currently, the brain masks are based only on the PET data, and the resulting brain masks are far from accurate.

One option would be to use MRI for brain mask generation.
