Here's a simple Python web server you can run from a command line:
python -m SimpleHTTPServer 8000
If you run it from the web-audio-projects folder, then to load oscillator.html in the oscillator folder, type this address into a browser: 127.0.0.1:8000/oscillator/oscillator.html
