Phylogenomics of Zingiberales/Zingiberaceae
- curcuma_HybSeqProbes.fa - sequences of 4,618 exons (from 1,180 loci) used for phylogenomics of Curcuma/Zingiberaceae/Zingiberales. Designed by R. Schmickl by comparing Curcuma ecomata genome skimming data and Curcuma longa transcriptome using Sondovac. See Carlsen et al. 2018, Mol.Phyl.Evol. 128: 55-68 for details on the probe design.
- Zingiberales_exons_ExaML_bootstrap_70_75.tre - final tree of the order Zingiberales based on concatenation of 378 nuclear genes (1642 exons) resulting in 518,442 alignment positions. The tree was estimated using ExaML with by-exon partitioned alignment and with 500 bootstrap replicates. See Carlsen et al. 2018, Mol.Phyl.Evol. 128: 55-68 for details.
