This is the Java-part of the project. It allows loading and saving of multidimensional image labeling data in the Imglib2 ImgLabeling format . Images are saved in a .tif file and are accompanied by a BSON-formatted file containing all the necessary meta-data. Other file formats can be added in the future if needed.
