tSIP softphone Codec 2 plugin, based on github sources from November 2023.
Built with Code::Blocks 16 (version matters).
Installation: copy codec.dll to tSIP/modules folder, restart tSIP, enable CODEC2 in tSIP Settings/Codecs.
This plugin is using LGPL 2.1 license.
