Extention of the Blog app by Nicole White built with Flask(python) and Neo4j interfaced through py2neo (https://github.com/nicolewhite/neo4j-flask).
Nicole White uses py2neo V3 in her tutorial, while My webapp uses later py2neo V 2020.1.1.
