There are three experiments, all in the pathing_check/ directory. Each one has a README.txt which explains it. You can also use the
run.sh script in each one to do a check. If all goes well, it should print some output and then a message: Hello!.

README.txt of third one: Dependency JAR in absolute dir
Easy way to run these:
git clone https://github.com/arvindsv/pathing-check.git
cd pathing-check
docker run --rm=true -v `pwd`:/work openjdk:8-jdk /work/pathing_check/exp1_dependent_jar_in_same_dir/run.sh
docker run --rm=true -v `pwd`:/work openjdk:8-jdk /work/pathing_check/exp2_dependent_jar_in_parent_dir/run.sh
docker run --rm=true -v `pwd`:/work openjdk:8-jdk /work/pathing_check/exp3_dependent_jar_in_absolute_path/run.sh
