On a cold, winter day, nothing beats a pot of delicious Dutch "Stamppot". The classic hutspot and boerenkoolstamppot are the best known kinds. Alternative ingredients are totally possible, for example sweet potato, spinach or beet. Grab your pots, potatoes and other vegetables and get to stamping!
