Issues with the animated tab bar

Please I'm finding it difficult to use the package in my Expo project even though I have downloaded React Navigation and tried running it times but to no avail and also if the npm run start -- reset cache works at all since I have tried it more that 4 times in the cmd (current project directory)

And also after implementing the package and executing the project I receive an error saying something about multiple react navigation packages whilst I have downloaded it once
