This repository contains 2 functions in R.
The first one outputs I splines and M splines basis for a row vector
The second function returns the output of the nonparametric alternative to Box-Cox transformation. The outputs include the monotone splines' coefficients and the covariates' coefficients.
Install with the R commands:
