Auto-run all non-production deployments in the release step

Proposal
Right now, all the deployments after the first one in the release step wait for manual user intervention. This is a little annoying if you're running trains in nightly mode. It also prevents them from running on auto-pilot easily with a cron.
What this achieves / problem(s) it solves
Allows non-production deployment trains to be 100% automatic post-triggering.
